Danza Records was founded by Nico Parisi. The label’s first release, “Metro,” quickly became a continental hit, supported and played by DJs around the world.

With strong backing from major international artists, including Armin Van Buuren who named the track Tune of the Week on his A State of Trance radio show and featured it in his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, the release rapidly gained traction and sold hundreds of copies.

In 2023, Kevin De Vries and MauP reworked “Metro,” and the track was released in July 2023 on the Afterlife label. It instantly became a global hit and was one of the most played tracks at Tomorrowland 2023 and across Ibiza. It also reached #1 on Beatport, where it remained for weeks.
